With this privacy policy, we, ConVacc AG, based in Flawil, Switzerland, describe how we process your personal data when you use our website, purchase our products, obtain our services, otherwise interact with us under a contract or communicate with us.

If you transmit or disclose data to us about other persons such as family members, employees, work colleagues, etc., we assume that you are authorized to do so, that this data is correct and that we may process it as described here. 2. What personal data do we process and for what purpose?
2.1 Website
When you visit our website, we process the associated access data (website visited, time at the time of access, source/reference from which you came to the page, browser used, operating system used, IP address used) to enable the use of the website (connection establishment), to ensure system security and stability, for the optimization of the Internet offering and for internal statistical purposes.

2.2 Sales process
When you enter into the sales process with us, we process

for the following purposes: to ensure business operations and customer advisory services on site and in the back office, in particular to initiate, manage and settle contractual relationships, to survey customer needs, for marketing activities and customer loyalty programs, and to enforce legal claims arising from contracts (collection, legal proceedings, etc.).

2.3 Marketing activities
We would like to make attractive offers to you. We therefore process personal data for relationship management and marketing purposes, e.g. to send you written and electronic communications and offers and to carry out marketing campaigns.

Messages and offers can also be personalized in order to send you only information that is likely to be of interest to you. For this purpose, we use in particular master data, contract data, communication data and transaction data. This may include, for example, the following messages and offers:

2.4 Supply Chain
If you contact us as a supplier, we will process your name, contact details, company and position for the following purposes: enabling business, communication in general (especially regarding product specifications as well as delivery status of the products), ensuring order processing in general as well as to enforce legal claims arising from contracts.

2.5 Recruitment
If you contact us by e-mail or via our recruitment platform and submit your CV and/or other documents relevant to your application, we will process the personal data you submit for the following purposes: evaluation and management of applications in order to check suitability for advertised vacancies or possible future career opportunities.

2.6 Employment relationship
If you enter into an employment relationship with ConVacc AG, we process all personal data relevant to the execution of the employment relationship in good faith, in particular contact data, details of marital status and family, information relevant to withholding tax, bank details and any debt collection registers/ or criminal records, etc., for the following purposes: ensuring the correct recording and execution of the employment relationship, ensuring correct subordination under social security law, processing tax subjects subject to withholding tax, processing family allowances and payroll accounting.

2.7 Area access Flawil
If you enter the company premises with a vehicle, a short video will be recorded on which your face and/or your vehicle license plate may be recognizable. This is done for the following purposes: to ensure automated area access for authorized persons and for security reasons. The video recordings are automatically deleted after one (1) week.

3. To whom do we disclose your personal data?
We do not disclose any personal data to third parties without the consent of the data subject, unless this is done in connection with the processing of orders placed or orders placed with us or is necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy. For example, we may involve external consultants, domestic and foreign experts, surveyors and other external auxiliary persons for these purposes, insofar as we consider this to be useful or necessary. In particular, information may also be disclosed to authorities within the scope of contract processing.

Furthermore, we may disclose personal data to contract data processors, in particular to IT service providers and other vendors that provide IT applications (e.g., collaboration platforms) or provide support and other services on our behalf for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

4. Does your personal data end up abroad?
In connection with the processing of your order, your order or for the purposes described in this privacy policy, we also disclose data to bodies that are not only located in Switzerland. Such a transfer abroad arises in particular with foreign service providers or in the case of communication with authorities or other bodies abroad in accordance with the order. Your data may therefore be processed both in Switzerland and in other European countries, depending on the context.

5. What rights do you have?
Persons about whom we process data have the right to request information about the data processed about them, as well as their correction or deletion.

Insofar as our processing is based on consent, data subjects have the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

We will process these requests in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act and may also reject them or fulfill them only to a limited extent in accordance with the legal regulations.
