Garmenting

During sewing of products, cut off parts are left. Measures are often taken to reduce waste, however those cut off parts cannot be eliminated completely. Further, any mingle of cut off parts and semi-finished- or products need to be avoided. The volume of waste can take on enormous proportions, and manual removal or collection by production personnel can lead to considerable production outages. Automated disposal of the waste by a CVS, however, can solve the problems mentioned and provide additional positive benefits.

In quilt production it was possible to achieve the following results by installing a system from Steinemann:
